pricing

Free for one server. Flat monthly price after that.

Plans differ in how many things you can have and which features are switched on. The machines stay in your own provider account and your provider bills you for them; SrvYard never marks them up.

Prices in £, € or $, billed by Stripe. Your servers stay in your own cloud account.

03How the limits work

What is counted

Servers and organisations are the limits you reach first. Archived servers do not count. Members are counted per organisation. Deployments are counted per month.

When you reach one

The action that would go over is refused with a message that names the limit; the API answers 402 with the code plan_limit.

Whose plan

The plan belongs to the owner of the organisation. Members see the owner’s limits on the Usage page; only the owner sees Billing.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and SrvYard never sees your card number. Every paid charge has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund, paid back in full to the original payment method. Cloud servers are billed by your own provider and are not part of it. Terms of Service.

04Included on every plan

Every site type

Laravel, Symfony, Statamic, WordPress, PHP, Next.js, Nuxt.js, static and Other.

Zero-downtime deploys

Releases, rollback, push to deploy and the deploy hook, even on Hobby.

SSL

Let's Encrypt certificates that renew themselves, DNS-01 for wildcards, custom certificates.

Import from other panels

Forge, Ploi and VitoDeploy through a read-only token, then adopt the real server.

05Billing questions

answers from the docs
Is there a free plan?

Yes. Hobby is free and includes 1 server, 3 sites and 100 deployments a month. Pro and Business raise those limits and switch on the API, webhooks, backups and monitoring. Business adds teams and AI explanations. Compare them in Compare plans and know your limits.

What do the Hobby, Pro and Business plans include?

Hobby is free: 1 organisation, 1 server, 3 sites, 3 members and 100 deployments a month. Pro allows 3 organisations, 10 servers and 10 members, and adds the API, webhooks, backups and monitoring. Business has unlimited servers and adds teams and AI explanations. See Compare plans and know your limits.

How many servers does my plan allow?

Hobby includes 1 server, Pro 10 and Business has no limit. Archived servers do not count, so archiving one frees a place. When you reach the limit the form says Your plan's server limit is reached. See Compare plans and know your limits.

Why was my downgrade refused?

You use more servers, sites, members or organisations than the smaller plan allows. The message names each one and how many you use against the limit. Reduce those and try again. See Change your plan, update payment details and find invoices.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and the Cancels badge shows the date. It does not touch your servers. Deleting an organisation is separate and cannot be undone. See Cancel a subscription, export your configuration and delete an organisation.

Which plans include backups?

Pro and Business. Hobby does not include database backups, file backups or snapshots. Snapshots you already have stay listed, but you cannot take new ones. See Compare plans and know your limits.

Can I run several organisations?

Yes. You can own one on Hobby, three on Pro and ten on Business, and you can belong to more as a member. Servers and sites belong to one organisation each, so switch with the picker at the top of the sidebar. See Create, rename and switch organizations.

Who can see the Billing page?

Only the owner, who holds the billing:manage permission. Everyone else can use the Usage page, which shows the same meters against the plan. The plan belongs to the owner's account, so changing it affects every organisation they own. See Change your plan, update payment details and find invoices.

Are certificates free, and do they renew by themselves?

Yes. SrvYard gets Let's Encrypt certificates for you. They last 90 days and SrvYard renews them before they expire, emailing owners and admins if a renewal does not go through. See Get a free Let's Encrypt certificate and How renewals work.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Any paid charge, monthly or yearly, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, with no questions asked. Open a support ticket or write to [email protected]. The money goes back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appears in 5 to 10 business days. See the Refund Policy.

Who handles payments, and do you store my card?

Stripe processes payments on its own pages. SrvYard never receives or stores your card number; it keeps a reference to your Stripe customer and the brand and last four digits of the card so it can show them to you. Cloud servers are paid to your provider, not to SrvYard, and are not covered by the refund.

How much do the paid plans cost, and in which currency?

Hobby is free. Pro is £5 a month (€6 or $6) and Business is £12 a month (€14 or $15), or £50 a year (€60 or $60) and £120 a year (€140 or $150) when you pay for a year. Prices are in £, € or $, billed by Stripe: the pricing page shows the one that fits your country and lets you switch. Your servers stay in your own cloud account, and your provider bills you for them.
